Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items are Made-to-Order. We place the order off of the exact amount of orders placed through the website. These orders can take 20-30 days to fulfill. Because of this, unfortunately, these orders can not be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

Returns

In compliance with our strict quality control procedures and to ensure that our customers receive garments in the most sanitary conditions possible, returns will only be issued if a product arrives damaged. No other returns will be allowed. A photo of the garment as it arrived in the packaging must be submitted before a return is authorized. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED.

 

Exchanges

All exchanges must be pre-approved by MackJones Clothing Company LLC and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the exchange. Only size or colorway exchanges will be considered. Please email info@mackjonesclothing.com and provide a reason for the requested exchange. An Exchange Authorization is required for all exchanges. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. 

MackJones Clothing Company must receive a returned product before a new garment will be sent out for shipment. Once we have received and inspected the garment to ensure that it has not been altered, worn, or used in any way, an Exchange Authorization will be issued. There is a processing fee on exchanged products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Exchange Authorization is approved.

 

Made-to-Order Garments

PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS to determine which garments are Made-to-Order as those are FINAL SALE. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy whatsoever. We create these items specifically for you based on your order. Therefore Made-to-Order items will not be considered for refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS, INTIMATE/SWIMWEAR ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

 

Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. After an order is placed, if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. This shipping estimate does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping notification to be sent.
